obsessed much?

i have literally spent the ENTIRE day trying to plan out the basics of my trip to europe this summer! my eyes are burning from staring at my computer screen and desperately trying to make sense of map after map, train route after train route...and converting euros and francs into dollars probably close to a million times!

it's much more work than i thought it would be, although i do enjoy trip planning -just maybe to not to this extent. it really is a huge task...to plan everything in advance for 4-5 weeks. and on top of figuring out locations and transportation, there's also finances to budget, time frames and schedules to figure out, accomodation to book....ah! it's all so overwhelming...but exciting at the same time =)

anyway, today, after careful consideration (which has taken me almost 3 weeks) i thinkkkkkk i have a first draft of our european route...and so far it looks feasible and hits most of the spots my sister and i really want to see without spending too much time on the train going in between cities. so it should be alright with some minor tweaking as we continue to plan.

now i just have to check out accomodation in each city, where these places are located...how much this is all going to hypothetically cost and then figure out if we can afford spending a month or 5 weeks abroad...or can afford to spend even longer!

but i absolutely cannot wait!
