it makes complete sense; and it really couldn't have been said any better: men are a drug.
it's plain and simple. and to be completely honest, nothing compares to men -when it comes to producing those ultimate highs -and those fatal lows -in women; let alone that ONE man a woman will ascribe significance to. and from the perspective of someone who has never gone anywhere near any drug of any kind -but who has always fallen pray to her addiction of the man (i'm being generous) she was with -i suppose it puts understanding the allure of something bad for you into a more comprehensible light.
so, why is it that women keep going back to the men they ought to leave?
well, the explanation for that is the same as the one that lies behind why drug addicts can't seem to shake their destructive habits, despite the severely harmful effects: because you just can't get that high elsewhere.
