and to what do we owe the negative connotation -as the saying goes- that all good things must come to an end?
the way i see it, all bad things come to an end, too...eventually. but, i suppose there's always a greater sense of loss seeing those good things cease to endure -the ones we wish never would- than the bad things we can only hope would end sooner than they actually do.
so, as sad as i am that it's actually over, london was amazinggggg! it truly was the perfect end to the most spectacular trilogy of destinations. and this year, as hard as it's been, couldn't have ended on a better note.
it still amazes me to think back on just how much i've seen, experienced and learned over the course of the past few months. and at the end of the day, it's the greatest feeling to know that some perspective has been gained -whatever perspective that may be. those are my favourite days...
and fortunately enough, for me, the perspective gained was exactly the perspective i needed.
