whatever happens.

a: "okay, truthfully...what's the youngest you'd date?"
b: "well it depends. but, i say,
you're only as young as the man you feel".

and really, what is age, but a number?

it's ironic, but in today's advancing world, everything is changing so rapidly, we can hardly keep up. except, we insist on maintaining that primordial mentality that forces upon us the association between how old we are and where we are -rather, with where we should be -in life.

but why should we be held back and tied down by such outdated thinking when modernity kicked in ages ago?

in light of sticking to that age-old assocation, however, the issue of maturity becomes an obviously huge concern. and that dreaded age-gap, which has destroyed the realm of dating altogether, is one which will either inspire or deter a person from potentially finding their soulmate.

and yes, it's proven that maturity comes with age. but, at the same time, nothing in this world, or in any possible world for that matter, will guarantee you a positive correlation between a person's age and their maturity level. and, in most cases -if i'm not mistaken- what goes up must come down. and from my (limited) experience, the whole notion of maturity seems to adhere to that scientific fact.

and then there are those people who never grow up. and it really makes me wonder where all that non-maturity goes on its way down. but for those who care to go down the michael jackson path of life...well, we all know what happens.
