23 years, 11 months and 13 days.

i can't really remember the last time i felt inclined to blog....it's definitely been a while. but lately, i've been thinking about getting back to it. things have been happening in a series of, let's say, interesting events and well, my inclination has been gradually returning in increasing demand. ultimately, these posts become an archive of my life happenings -and, if anything, now's a better time than any other time prior to this time to remember.

so, i'm almost 24. in two weeks and a day. and i suppose, as we continue to grow older and experience experiences, it's only natural that we start piecing things together in the hopes that one day, we'll have completed this puzzle called life.

and from where i stand today, i gather that life is cyclical. life goes up, life goes down; people come and go; things are lost and attained; luck, throughout the entire process, however, is transient.

but if there's one thing that remains constant, it's the people who truly care for you and who will last through each and every cycle, no matter how hot the water. so, i presume life is all about enjoying the ride and slowly identifying what piece goes where so that at the end of it all, you're left with the entire picture and with those who truly matter.

and by taking my birthday as the start of a new year, i really feel like i'm close to overturning a piece of this puzzle that i've, up until now, simply overlooked.
